I meet you again
Your face radiant
Your laugh lines present
Your heart on your sleeve
In a flutter of a robin's wing
I see you again
Your mood not so good
Your eyes crying
Your forehead drooping
Lasting friendship
We view colors
We are the we
We see the nuances of a life
Not too many can we call good friends
The ones I have, I cherish
I support them in their darkest moments
I celebrate with them in their joy
I am grateful for they grace my life
